If They Won’t or Can’t Come To You. You Have To Go To Them.

Based on “Meet your customers where they are” or to say it another way “If they won’t get off the couch to see you, you’ve got to go to their couch.”

For years it’s been One Person, One Ticket, One Visit. Bring people in, sell them a ticket, show them what you have, hope they buy something else, and hope they come back.

That model worked; people did come in, they bought some items, and they left.

What happened when nobody came? Some folded the tents and walked away or shut down. Others went to Instagram, YouTube and Social Media.   Still others found ingenious ways hold gatherings, groups, lessons and get togethers.

No people, no tickets, no visits.  No money.

This presentation isn’t about what should have been done, or how things got this way.  This is about taking your existing content expanding, enhancing and producing your story, selling tickets to it around the world, and having complete ownership of the entire process.
